Dr. David Steyrl is a Postdoctoral Fellow and Research Associate within the Department of Cognition, Emotion, and Methods in Psychology at the University of Vienna, Austria, where he is working with Prof. Frank Scharnowski in the Neurofeedback research group. He is also an affiliated member of the Translational Neuroimaging Methods group within the Department of Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics at the University of Zurich, Switzerland and lecturer for machine-learning at the University of Applied Sciences FH Campus Vienna, Austria. David received his MSc in Biomedical Engineering and his PhD in Computer Sciences from Graz University of Technology in 2012 and 2018, respectively.
