James Mirabelli is a PhD candidate in the Department of Psychology, Neuroscience & Behaviour at McMaster University. His research focuses on post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and its dissociative subtype, aiming to uncover the neural mechanisms underlying trauma and dissociation. In addition to his academic work, James serves as a statistical analyst in the Trauma and Recovery Research Unit, where he contributes to the design and analysis of studies related to trauma recovery.
